WHY I SHOULD BE YOUR LOCTICIAN?
My main objective is to promote healthy locs! Locs can sometimes have an unpleasant reputation which comes with many stigmas and I for one am here to help disprove them. So to start, every LOC service comes with a clarifying shampoo (if needed), moisturizing shampoo. My homemade oil (which is also available for purchase) is also applied throughout locs to help seal in all the moisture I apply to your locs. Starting each client with a clean grid helps me to be able to assess my clients scalp condition which tells me a lot about my client. By me earning a degree in Science, it has really helped me understand hair in the most intricate way. I use my earned education to judge the products that I use in order to promote the building blocks of your locs. I also strive to give my clients knowledge on their hair current condition, hair care they can implement, and loc Ed in general while also answering their questions to my best ability. To help keep me knowledgeable, I am always expanding my loc knowledge by taking loc classes that's offered by some of the best knowledgeable locticians from all over. How much time should I reserve for my appointment?

I DO NOT RUSH AT ALL SO THERE FOR I TELL ALL MY CLIENTS BE PREPARED TO SIT FOR UP TO 2.5 HOURS (UNLESS YOUR WERE TOLD PREVIOUS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT THAT ITLL BE LONGER). THAT INCLUDES DRYER TIME! SOMETIMES YOU MAY BE DONE SOONER, DEPENDING ON YOUR HAIR LENGTH, THICKNESS, AND MAINTENANCE UP KEEP,ETC.

IF FOR WHATEVER REASON YOUR HAIR TAKES LONGER THAN 3 HOURS FOR ME TO COMPLETE, A 20$/HOUR FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR SERVICE! NO EXCEPTIONS!

1.Bring choice of color unless your color is blonde then nothing is needed (please bring the total # of bottles discussed to prevent delayed service)
2.Please wear clothes that you do not care about bleach and color gets messy sometimes

1. Please have previous hairstyle taken all the way down or $15+ fee will apply
2.Know what style (if applicable) you want or if you just want me to freestyle you can say that OR book that option when booking your appointment.
LOC-ED. / Qualifications
I have a mixture of personal experience knowledge (my locs are 9years old) and professional guidance. I have taken a loc extension class, a traditional loc education course (both online and in person), Barbicide class and other loc educational classes. I am currently booking and booked for more educational classes this year in order to further my knowledge about locs. Not to mention that I have an Associates degree in Science.

CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an appointment please send me a text and I will take you off my schedule free of charge. Please note that I do NOT give deposits back at all!

LATE
Who doesn't like to sit right in the chair as soon as their appointment time is here? For this reason I give a complimentary10 minute grace period & after 15 minutes a $10 will be added to your total. After15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled, and you must pay another deposit to book. This is to ensure that your loc maintenance does not run into my next client scheduled maintenance. If I am more than 30 minutes late without previously notifying you, I will offer $10 off of your service.

RESCHEDULING
If for any reason you need to reschedule (I understand things happen) your appointment please give at least a 24 hour notice PRIOR to your scheduled appointment and your deposit will be applied to the agreed rescheduled date(This is allowed only 1X). If you fail to notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment date, your deposit will be lost and you will have to send another deposit to book an appointment.
